In the past we have hosted small weddings groups, fine-dining dinner parties, charity events, concerts, theatre workshops & performances, co-working groups, holistic and detox retreats and special interest classes. We are an ideal venue for small, intimate weddings, group get-togethers, retreats and co-working trips. There is high speed, fiber broadband throughout the premises.
We can accommodate up to 15 people in five bedrooms. The old shop and separate yoga room are used for tuition, recitals, readings and other activities.
Many well-known traditional and folk performers including Martin Hayes, Juliet Turner, Joe Burke, Frankie Lane, Mick Hanly and Charlie Lennon have played in Loughnane’s.
To the back of the main house, there are 12 acres of land stretching up to a hilltop overlooking the village and surrounding countryside.
On the grounds, there is a large courtyard with a stream running through it, an old waterwheel, vegetable gardens, a poly-tunnel, a herb garden, a small orchard and horse stables.
Our industry standard kitchen can cater for all small group requirements.
